Meer Capital Partners is committed to utilizing our expertise wherever and whenever good investment opportunities present themselves to our team. Many of our projects have utilized outside equity or mezzanine debt depending on the size and complexity of the project.

We utilize a number of structures to insure that the outside investor receives the highest return possible on their invested dollars. The security of our investor’s money is also of importance to us so there is never a loss of principal at anytime beyond the level of risk the investor is willing to assume.
