Meer Capital Partners specializes in high-end residences for both the rental and home buying marketplaces. In the residential sector of our business, projects have been the Company’s primary focus since our inception; however, just as the Company has grown so have the complexity of the projects we undertake. We have expanded into master planned communities, including commercial endeavors such as Retail, Industrial and Office real estate developments

In 2003, the Company acquired approximately 24 acres of land near the Ontario Airport in southern California to build a mixed-use residential and small office project. Mixed-use projects represent the future of the Company as the majority of opportunities the Company reviews for acquisition or development have been of a mixed-use variety over the past several years. Our primary focus remains in the residential real estate sector; however, as cities work harder to integrate their residential and commercial communities, it is a natural migration for the Company to pursue other sectors of real estate development.

Our staff supports this transition as well. Our senior staff has experience in all major sectors of commercial and residential real estate in their previous employment endeavors and the Company feels comfortable pursuing properties throughout the real estate marketplace to acquire or develop.
