Latitude 34 Mixed Use Development
Welcome to Latitude 34, a new master planned community by Meer Homes, Inc. Latitude 34 is ideally located in the greater Rancho Cucamonga / Ontario metro between Archibald Avenue and Turner Avenue on Inland Empire Boulevard. This dynamic new community will consist of three residential villages and a commercial and retail center all conveniently located to major freeways (10, 15, 210 and 60), abundant shopping venues, educational and entertainment opportunities.


The Villages
The residential villages of Latitude 34 will be centered around a lush Village Green, the hub of activity in the community. Residents will enjoy gem-like pocket parks, meandering tree-lined pathways, and a recreation center complete with a multi-use clubhouse, pool and exercise room. Latitude 34 will consist of 311 homes with unique exterior elevations and detailing adding depth and definition to the trio of villages.

Meridian
160 three story townhomes designed with Craftsman and French inspired architecture will offer homes that will range from approximately 1,268 to 1,850 square feet and will offer up to three bedrooms, up to three and a half baths and two car garages (two car tandem garages per plan).

Compass
94 two and three story townhomes designed with Tuscan and Spanish inspired architecture will offer homes that will range from approximately 1,598 to 1,872 square feet and offer up to four bedrooms, two and one-half baths and two car garages.

Horizon Collection
This neighborhood of 57 single family detached cluster homes have architecture inspired by the homes of the Eastern Seaboard and will range from approximately 1,671 to 2,622 square feet and will offer up to four bedrooms and lofts and up to three baths and two car garages.

Retail and Office Space
The Latitude 34 commercial site will consist of approximately 57,130 square feet of “A” office, commercial, and retail space. The six office buildings will be a combination of both one and two stories and individual offices will range in size from 1,500 to 6,000 square feet. The buildings within the commercial center are being designed to compliment the design of the residential villages of Latitude 34.
